This twelve-week long module is geared towards developing English proficiency based on students’ areas of study with a view to helping students develop English language skills that will allow them to communicate professional skills and perform particular domain-related functions through the practice of the four language communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

This course provides an introduction to a broad range of economic concepts, theories, and analytical techniques. It considers both microeconomics - the analysis of choices made by individual decision-making units (households and firms) - and macroeconomics - the analysis of the economy as a whole.
Course image SOW1215: Introduction to law
Trimester 2

This module of Introduction to law introduces students. to the concepts of Foundations of Law, social security systems and criminology.  The aims of the module are to:

1. Understand different components of family law and the contribution of Rwandan customary law to the written law, programs regarding prevention, correction, and rehabilitation within justice systems

2. Explore basic notions of different aspects of civil and labour law
