To enable the learner with understanding of different conditions affecting children and adults with differents neurological conditions, their treatment and physiotherapy management.
The Purpose of this module is to familiarize Physiotherapy students with basic knowledge in anatomy, physiology, common diseases/conditions involving cardiovascular and pulmonary system, as well as various types of interventions for treatment. There will be an emphasis on providing appropriate physiotherapy examination, evaluation, interventions, prognosis, and outcomes for patient with cardiopulmonary diseases.
