Day 1 : 20/10/2020 08:00-08:30 Participants login E-learning Officers Joining the Online course namely "UR2020: Online Induction course" and filling the registration form
8:30-8:45 Welcome remarks DVC AAR  Via this module, a link for live session will be enabled on the first section. It will be live via Ms Teams and Youtube Channel
8:45-9:30 Introduction to eLearning/Blended Learning Dr NDUWINGOMA Mathias
9:30-11:00  Online course overview  E-learning Officers Students will be taken to the module, they will be shown all components and they will be asked to update their profiles
11:00-11:30 Practical session to interact with given course components (Profile Management, forum, resources, chat, assignment)  E-learning Officers
11:30-12:00 Introduction to Moodle offline versions (Moodle Desktop and Moodle Mobile) Mr. Ntalindwa Theoneste A live session on how to install Moodle on the smartphone and desktop which can be used offline. 
12:00-12:30 Practical session to install desktop and mobile moodle versions E-learning Officers A chat for live support will be open
12:30-13:00 Day 1 evaluation and recommendation Mr. Ntabomvura Leon A live session and chat for questions will be used and the plan for the next day. A homework will be given
         
Day 2: 21/10/2020 07:30-08:00 Participants Login E-learning Officers Joining the Online course namely "UR2020: Online Induction course" and filling the registration form
8:00-10:00 Open Discussion (for day 1 evaluation) E-learning Officers Students will be given a forum for discussing  faced challenges and immediate support will be given. They will check given grades and provide comments via the given homework
10:00-10:30 Introduction to anti plagiarism  Dr NDUWINGOMA Mathias Live session with shared presentation on anti-plagiarism 
10:30-12:00 Open Educational Resources Dr. Robinah Namuleme 30 minutes can be used for a live presentation and demonstration on UR resources 40 Minutes will be used practical session to search for OER and 20 minutes a discussion forum on OER will be open
12:00-12:30 Live discussion for day 2 evaluation E-learning Officers Students will be asked to evaluate the training via a Feedback activity and provide recommendations
12:30-13:00 Closing remarks UR Official Students will be reminded what the University is expecting to them
